In rural Pennsylvania, there is a small little sub shop called Leroy's. For more than 40 years, Leroy's has been making the most amazing baked "hoagies" called cosmos — similar to a traditional Philly cheese steak but with melted provolone, smothered in sweet onions with an incredible sauce. We always thought that a place like Leroy's would be a big hit in Chicago.

So, after many years of working on and perfecting our own one-of-a-kind sandwiches, we bring you Kozmos Eatery. Thank you to Leroy's for the inspiration and also to all of our loyal customers.
